Jennifer Cutsinger

Jennifer Cutsinger has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Jennifer started their career as an Account Executive at Anthem/Acordia in 1980, where they worked until 1996. Jennifer then joined Welborn Health Plans as a Director from 1996 to 1999. Jennifer then spent the next five years at UnitedHealthcare, where they served as a Call Center Manager, Claims Manager, and Director of Quality. From 2004 to 2013, they worked at SIHO Insurance Services, holding positions such as Vice President of Client Services and VP of Corporate Services. Since 2014, Jennifer has been with Key Benefit Administrators, Inc. in various roles, including Operational Accounting and Commission VP, Relationship Vice President, and Implementation Lead. Through their various roles, Jennifer has demonstrated expertise in process improvement, sales support, departmental performance, budgeting, and leadership development.

Jennifer Cutsinger holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management with a concentration in General Studies from IUPUI. Jennifer also attended the American College, where they obtained their Registered Health Underwriter (RHU) degree. Jennifer completed their high school education at Shenandoah High School. Additionally, they hold several certifications, including Reflexologist from Thomacine Haywood Reflexology, Competent Leader from Toastmasters International, and Indiana Life and Health license from the Indiana Department of Insurance. Jennifer also completed the Academy of Community Leadership Delaware County and the Academy for Community Leadership of Henry County, both offered by local Chamber of Commerce organizations. Lastly, they are certified as a CE Facilitator by the Indiana Department of Insurance and holds a Health Insurance Associate certification from the Health Insurance Association of America (HIAA).
