Kristina Raza has extensive work experience in the health insurance industry. Kristina began their career at WPS Health Insurance in 2001 as an Auditor and Claims Processor. Kristina then moved on to West Bend Mutual Insurance, where they worked as a Claims Tech from 2002 to 2004. In 2004, Kristina joined Advantage Health Solutions as a Claims Integrity Specialist and progressed through various roles, including Delegated Claims Oversight Manager and Director of Eligibility and Claims. In 2013, they became a Business Engineer and later a Director of IT Operations - Benefit Platforms at Key Benefit Administrators, Inc. Overall, Kristina has a diverse background in claims management, audits, and IT operations within the healthcare industry.
Kristina Raza obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Marketing Management from Western Governors University from 2013 to 2017. Prior to that, they attended Latvijas Universitate from 1997 to 2001, where they studied Economics and Management, specifically Manufacturing Management. In addition to their formal education, they also have several certifications, including Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Agile Leadership Essentials®, Certified Agile Leadership for Organizations®, and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO). Kristina also holds a Project+ certification from CompTIA, obtained in 2015.
