Client Vice President, Client Relations at Key Benefit Administrators

Tracy Theil has a strong background in client relations and benefit management. From 1990 onwards, Tracy worked at Key Benefit Administrators, Inc., first as a Client Vice President and then as the Vice President of Client Relations. In these roles, Tracy focused on consulting and serving as a Benefit Engineer for clients, brokers, and community partners. Tracy was responsible for managing a team and emphasizing client retention and increasing revenue. Tracy's objective was to deliver strategic consultation, meeting client expectations while benefiting both the client and the Key Family of Companies. Prior to joining Key Benefit Administrators, Tracy worked at AIM/Benchmark from 1985 to 1990 as the Manager of Human Resources/Benefits. In this role, Tracy handled self-billing for insurance categories, developed an Employee Handbook, and maintained personnel files for the corporation.

Tracy Theil completed their high school education at Pendleton Heights High School from 1978 to 1981, majoring in Business/Economics. Tracy then pursued a degree in HR/Assistant Tech from International Business College from 1981 to 1983, specializing in Business Operations Support and Assistant Services.
