Prior to this, Heather was the Owner of The Allspicery, and held positions such as Director of Enterprise Project Development at JLM Energy, Origination Manager at EDP Renewables, EMG Rotational Associate at Horizon Wind Energy, and Market Research Analyst at Sweet Leaf Tea Co. Heather holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Tufts University and a Master of Business Administration from Texas McCombs School of Business.
