Michelle Allbee

Michelle Allbee is an experienced professional in human resources and instructional design, currently serving as the Sr. Director of Human Resource Operations at Key Energy Services since July 2012. In addition to this role, Michelle has held various positions within Key Energy Services, including Director of Learning and Development and HR Project Manager. Simultaneously, Michelle is an Adjunct Instructor at Lone Star College-Kingwood, teaching Administrative Office Procedures and Business Math. Prior experience includes work as a Senior Instructional Designer at Lone Star College-University Park and as an Assistant Coordinator at Stephen F. Austin State University, where Michelle developed content for learning management systems and instructed freshmen on essential academic skills. Michelle holds an MBA in General Business and a BBA in Computer Information Systems from Stephen F. Austin State University.
