Clare Lowrie is a forensic scientist with extensive experience in forensic casework management and analysis, spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Forensic Scientist and Casework Administrator at Key Forensic Services Ltd since April 2014, Clare previously held the positions of Lead Forensic Scientist at LGC Forensics from May 2005 to July 2013 and Senior Forensic Scientist at the Forensic Science Service from October 1992 to May 2005. Clare's early career included role as a Forensic Scientist within the Forensic Science Service from October 1986 to October 1989, where involvement in quality assurance and mock case preparation took place. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Biology from The University of Salford, a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Applied Biology from Liverpool Polytechnic, and a Higher National Certificate in Applied Biology, alongside an Ordinary National Certificate in Medical Laboratory Science from Preston Polytechnic.
