Lucinda Jones

Lucinda Jones is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in compliance and quality assurance. Currently serving as Compliance Policy and Support Manager at Key Group since September 2023, Lucinda previously held the role of Advice Quality Assessor Manager at Key from April 2019 to September 2023. Prior to this, Lucinda worked for the Royal Bank of Scotland as a Branch Manager from July 2006 to January 2019. Lucinda holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology from The Manchester Metropolitan University, completed in June 2005.
