The Role:

We are seeking an Insights Manager for Subscription Content to lead the creation of exclusive data-driven reports designed to enhance our subscription offerings. This role is crucial in shaping the future of content across our paywalled platforms. If you are a data-savvy professional with a knack for uncovering trends and crafting compelling narratives, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate innovative concepts for data-driven reports to boost subscription engagement.

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to brainstorm and validate new report ideas.

• Conduct detailed research and analysis using a variety of data sources to develop impactful reports.

• Design and implement surveys to collect vital data, ensuring accuracy and relevance.

• Create and present engaging content that includes interactive elements and infographics to illustrate complex data simply and effectively.

• Supervise and mentor junior research and statistical staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.

• Stay updated with trends and methodologies in data analysis to enhance content quality and subscriber satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in data analysis, statistics, or a related field.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large amounts of data and to multi-task.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English) with expertise in presenting data in an understandable format.

• Experience in managing teams and projects, with a flair for leading collaborative efforts.

• Familiarity with digital subscription models and the media industry is highly desirable.
