Job description

We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator who will play a crucial role in our talent acquisition efforts, responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process.

The ideal candidate will have international recruitment experience and will be adept at interviewing journalists, media coordinators, and media professionals. This role will primarily focus on recruiting within the Philippines but will also involve some international recruitment.

This is a mid-shift role, Mondays to Fridays, 12pm to 9pm (PH time).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, with a focus on sourcing and interviewing candidates.

  • Conduct interviews with candidates for various positions, including journalists, media coordinators, and other media professionals.

  • Collaborate with international hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.

  • Report to and collaborate with international management, ensuring alignment with global recruitment strategies and standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably with international exposure.

  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Charisma and a good sense of humor.

  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • This is work from home role, with very occasional visits to the Makati office if required.
