Naila Ayala

Naila Ayala is currently working as a Consultant at Visionary Training Resources [VTR] since September 2023. They also hold the title of Design Analyst at Key Metrix Inc. since February 2020. With a strong background in research and teaching, Naila has experience as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at both the University of Waterloo and Western University. They have also worked in various roles related to sports medicine and physiotherapy, such as Medical Trainer at Jr. London Devilettes and Physiotherapist Assistant at Novo Peak Health. Naila holds a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Neuroscience from the University of Waterloo, a Master of Science (MSc) in Neuroscience from Western University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Western University.
