Nailah Mays

Nailah Mays has a diverse background in customer service and case management, currently serving as Program Supervisor at The Key Program, Inc. since August 2021, with previous roles including Assistant Program Supervisor, Shift Supervisor, and Residential Caseworker. Prior to this, Nailah worked at Concord Coach Lines as a Ticket Agent, providing assistance with reservations and passenger inquiries. Additional experience includes a role as Front Desk Associate at Best Western Plus Brunswick Bath, delivering exceptional customer service, and as a Food Server at Mid-Coast Senior Health Center, where support was provided to elderly residents. Nailah holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Southern New Hampshire University and has a strong educational foundation from New England College and Baxter Academy for Tech & Sciences.
