Michelle Guzman

Michelle Guzman is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management and human resources. Currently serving as the owner of L.C. Trucking & Logistics, L.L.C since December 2022, Michelle also holds positions as a Patient Care Representative at RAYUS Radiology and as a Human Resources/Risk Safety Manager at KeyStaff Inc., both since August and March 2022, respectively. Prior experience includes roles as Branch Manager at Above and Beyond Homecare Services, Inc. and various positions at Access Nursing and Hudson County Community College, where responsibilities ranged from on-call coordination to administrative assistance in human resources. Michelle is pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Health Care Administration at Saint Peter's University, building on a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and an Associate's degree in Psychology from the same institution and Hudson County Community College.
