Ian Dansey

Ian Dansey is a seasoned electrical engineer with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as a Senior Electrical Engineer at Key Tech Inc. since October 2023, Ian also founded CB Logic, LLC in April 2021, providing contract hardware engineering design and consulting services. Prior positions include Project Engineer at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. from March 2022 to October 2023, and Device Engineer at Alarm.com from March 2013 to March 2020. Additional experience includes working as a Research Assistant at both the VDOT Center for Innovation and Research and the University of Virginia. Ian holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Virginia, completed in 2013, and graduated from Phoebus High School in 2009.
