Stephan Westcott

Stephan Westcott is an accomplished software engineering manager with extensive experience in leading multinational teams and driving innovation in technology. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Software Engineering at Key Technology, Inc., Stephan has successfully directed a 16-member team, architected improvements for optical sorting engines, and executed a data migration to cloud-based systems. Previous roles include Global Product Manager, where a best-in-class pricing tool reduced errors significantly, and Development Engineering Manager, overseeing the development of a high-end optical sorting platform. Stephan's management expertise extends to Glass.net, where operational efficiencies were improved through significant cost reductions, and NCH, where a strong focus on lean manufacturing led to increased production output. A co-founder of Conclusive Systems, Stephan also holds an MBA and a Bachelor’s degree in General Studies from Andrews University, along with an Associate’s degree in Business from Walla Walla University.
