Danica Coe

VP of Operations and HR at Keyavi

Danica Coe has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Danica is currently the VP of Operations and HR at Keyavi, where they have held various roles since 2021, including Director and Manager of Staff Operations, and Executive Coordinator. Prior to this, they worked as a Faith Formation Teacher at St. Ann's Catholic Church starting in 2017. In 2020, they worked as an Enumerator at the U.S. Census Bureau, where they were responsible for recording census information and conducting interviews. From 2011 to 2012, they served as the Fundraising Chairperson at Our Lady of the Lake, implementing a Box Tops for Education program and managing communication with stakeholders. Danica also held roles as a Home School Association Board Member and Silent Auction Chair during the same time period. Before that, they worked as a Silent Auction Chair at The Children's House, A Montessori School from 2010 to 2011, managing fundraising events and community outreach. In 2009, they served as the Vice President of the Llewellyn Park Ladies Association, organizing social activities and fundraising events. From 2007 to 2008, they were a Silent Auction Chair at Community Montessori Academy, overseeing a volunteer committee and managing fundraising efforts. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Real Estate Agent at Weichert, Realtors | The Collective from 2001 to 2003, and as a Special Education Teacher at District of Columbia Public Schools and Accotink Academy Learning Center.

Danica Coe earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and English from The Ohio State University, where they studied from 1989 to 1993. Danica later pursued a Master of Public Administration degree at City University of Seattle from 1994 to 1996. In addition to their formal education, Danica obtained a Real Estate Agent certification from Weichert, Realtors® | The Collective in August 2001.
