Tayo Famakinwa

Tayo Famakinwa is an experienced executive in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as the VP and Global Head of HR Operations & Service at UPS since August 2021. Prior to this role, Tayo held senior positions at Teneo, including Managing Director and Senior Vice President, from June 2014 to September 2021. Tayo began a career in management consulting at Accenture as a Management Consulting Manager from June 2011 to June 2014 and previously worked as a Lead Consultant at Advanced Objects between September 2007 and May 2011. Tayo's early career included a role as a Business Process Specialist at Northwestern Memorial Hospital from May 2005 to April 2007. Tayo holds a BA in Psychology/Neuroscience from Duke University, where studies were completed from 2001 to 2005.
