Alexia Brown-Anderson has a diverse work experience. Alexia started their career at South Seas Island Resort in 2006, where they worked as a Front Office Agent and Banquet Coordinator until 2008. Alexia then joined Sandals Resorts as a Front Office Agent in 2008 and worked there until the following year. In 2009, they joined Vistaprint as a Marketing Associate and stayed with the company until 2011. Later, they took on the role of Horticulturist/Agriculturist at Agrijam Organics in 2010. Currently, they are working at Keycafe as the Head of Customer Support, a position they have held since 2015.

Alexia Brown-Anderson obtained their Associate's Degree in Agricultural Technology from Montego Bay Community College from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they attended the American Hospitality Academy from 2006 to 2008, where they obtained a Certificate in Hospitality Supervisor (HSC). During the same period, they also pursued a degree in Hospitality Management & Cultural Exchange from the same institution.
