Carey Parks-Musil

Carey Parks-Musil has extensive experience in auditing and financial risk management, currently serving as the Assistant General Auditor at KeyBank since March 2012. In this role, Carey manages the Financial Risk Review team, overseeing the SOX 404 process walkthroughs and assessments for both external auditors (EY) and Key management, as well as special projects for compliance and financial statement audits. Prior to KeyBank, Carey worked as an Audit Supervisor at Lubrizol from 2005 to 2012, supervising staff and leading operational/financial and Sarbanes-Oxley audits. Earlier experience includes a Senior Audit position at American Electric Power from 1998 to 2005, focused on operational and financial audits with a strong emphasis on Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. Carey holds a Master of Science in Accountancy and a BBA in Accounting from Ohio University.
