David K. Wilson

David K. Wilson has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. David currently serves as a board member at KeyCorp, and previously served as an independent senior advisor at Deloitte from May 2014 to July 2020. Wilson also worked as a senior national bank examiner at the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency from June 2010 to January 2014. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing risk governance frameworks, regulatory remediation programs, credit risk, OCC heightened standards, and FRB enhanced prudential standards. Prior to that, Wilson was the executive vice president of credit review at First Interstate Bank from January 1992 to December 1996.

David K. Wilson earned a BS in finance and banking from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
