Harsha Kapur is a seasoned banking professional with extensive experience in risk management and client services, currently serving as Chief Banking & Risk Officer for Laurel Road and Head of Business Risk & Controls at KeyBank. Since joining KeyBank in November 2008, Harsha has held various senior roles that have focused on enhancing business risk culture, operational efficiency, and client experience, including responsibilities for enterprise-wide risk management processes, client inquiry handling, and regulatory compliance. Prior to KeyBank, Harsha worked at ThoughtWorks Ltd as a Senior Internal Auditor and holds an Executive MBA from Cleveland State University.
