Tamika Goode-Otis

Tamika Goode-Otis is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in corporate responsibility, community relations, and consulting. Currently serving as the Corporate Responsibility & Community Relations Officer at KeyBank since March 2022, Tamika also operates KABOD Consulting Group LLC, where as CEO/Principal Consultant, innovative approaches to business and leadership development are employed. Tamika plays a significant role as a founding board member and secretary of The Black Women Give Foundation, which promotes collective philanthropy among African American women. Previous roles include Director of Business Advising at Pacific Community Ventures and Director of KeyBank Business Boost & Build NY at JumpStart Inc., focusing on empowering diverse entrepreneurs. Tamika’s career began with various positions in admissions counseling and project management, showcasing a commitment to community engagement and support for underrepresented groups. Tamika holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration from SUNY Empire State College.
