Anthony Ayala, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Anthony is currently serving as the Vice President of Franchise Operations at KeyGlee. Prior to this, they were the General Manager at Sendoso and also held the role of Operations Manager. Anthony's background also includes working at Amazon as an Operations Manager and Area Manager II, where they demonstrated expertise in lean initiatives, safety management, and leadership development. Anthony also worked at Target as an Executive Team Leader, leading a team to enhance guest experience and achieve higher satisfaction rates. Before transitioning to the private sector, Anthony served in the United States Air Force as a Fire Protection Craftsman and Driver-Operator. Anthony holds an MBA degree.

Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from San Jose State University, where they studied from 2015 to 2017.

Anthony also has experience in corporate finance, having studied at the University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Economics in 2016. In addition to their business education, they hold an Associate's degree in Fire Science from the Community College of the Air Force, which they completed from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they earned another Associate's degree in Business Administration from Modesto Junior College, where they studied from 2007 to 2010.
