Ester Brinkman- Eggermond

Ester Brinkman-Eggermond has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as an HR-businesspartner at KeyKeg | UniKeg since January 2018 and as a bestuurslid at Den Helder in Beweging since June 2019. Previously, Ester held the position of Programmacoördinator Strategie & Planning at ECN & NRG from October 2016 to December 2017, focusing on project coordination related to organizational carve-out and collaboration with external entities on HR and internal communication. Ester’s earlier roles include managing the Human Resources department at NRG from 2000 to December 2016, where responsibilities encompassed strategic personnel planning and organizational development, and working as a consulent HR, providing operational HR support. Ester started a career in youth care as a jeugdhulpverlener at Stichting Kardeel from September 1998 to November 2000. With a strong educational background including degrees in psychology and business administration, Ester has undertaken various professional training programs related to communication and HR management.
