Eddie Diaz is a skilled IT professional with diverse experience in desktop support and IT assistance. Currently serving as a Desktop Support Analyst at KeyPoint Credit Union since May 2023, Eddie previously held positions as an IT Support Specialist at Personalis, Inc. from February 2022 to March 2023, and as an IT Support Technician at Stanford University from August 2021 to January 2022, where proficiency with tools like Tech Ticket, Trello, Slack, and Confluence was developed. Notably, Eddie created a script to enhance efficiency in computer imaging using PowerShell and Windows CMD.
