Rita Ibrahim possesses extensive legal and corporate development experience, currently serving as the Head of Growth and Corporate Development at Keypoint Law since March 2024. Prior to this role, Rita held several senior positions, including Senior Counsel and Chief Legal Officer at Molycop from January 2017 to March 2024, and Senior Legal Counsel at Arrium Mining Consumables from July 2013 to December 2016. Additionally, Rita worked as Senior Legal Counsel at OneSteel and as Corporate Solicitor at Dimension Data. Rita holds a Bachelor of Economics and a Bachelor of Laws from Macquarie University, completed between 1986 and 1990.
