Claudio Goulart

Claudio Goulart is currently serving as the LATAM SAP and Salesforce CX Solution Architect at Keyrus since April 2021, leading various projects across Latin America, including customer identification and security implementations using SAP CDC for clients like Olimpica and AFP Confía. In addition to the role at Keyrus, Claudio has been a SAP CX Cloud Solution Architect at Modulo Consulting since March 2017. Previous experience includes positions at Deloitte Brasil as an SAP C4HANA CX Cloud Solution Architect, Experis IT Perú as an SAP S4HANA and C4HANA Expert, and IBM as Team Lead for S/4HANA and C/4HANA. Claudio has also consulted for Petrobras Distribuidora S.A. and BRF on various SAP CRM and marketing initiatives. Claudio holds a degree in System Information from Faculdade Inforium (2000-2004) and is pursuing an MBA in Artificial Intelligence and Big Data at USP - Universidade de São Paulo, which is expected to be completed in July 2025.
