Jonna Hensley

Jonna Hensley is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in organizational capabilities and employee relations. Currently serving as a Global HR Business Partner and Canada Country HR Manager at Keysight Technologies since August 2017, Jonna collaborates with global leaders to advance people initiatives. As an Adjunct Instructor at UC Berkeley Extension since 2015, Jonna teaches a core Employee Relations course in the HR Management Certificate Program, addressing contemporary issues in the employee lifecycle. Previous roles include VP of People Services and Director of Employee Relations at Sungevity, Principal Consultant at Kaiser Permanente, and Director of Human Capital Consulting at TriNet. Jonna holds an MBA from Saint Mary's College of California and a BA in Liberal Studies from San Francisco State University.
