Sushma Varadaraj has over 14 years of work experience in various roles. Sushma began their career in 2007 as a Trainee Market Analyst at Thomson Reuters. Sushma then progressed to Associate Market Analyst, Market Analyst, and Senior Market Analyst/Relationship Manager. In 2010, they moved to CRISIL as an Assistant Manager, where they handled Fixed Income reference data coverage with emphasis on instrument ratings and initiated a SriLankan Bond Market instrument coverage. In 2014, they joined Societe Generale Global Solution Centre as a Team Lead - Reference Data Management, where they managed the team and operations, annual appraisals and training & skill evaluation. In 2016, they moved to Brawn Globus Turnkey Solutions Pvt. Ltd. as Manager Business Development (B2B, B2E). In 2017, they joined Via.com as Senior Manager Corporates (B2B, B2E). Here, they managed the pipeline and sales closure of new and existing clients, pricing, discount commission models and contract negotiations. In 2018, they joined Crisp Creatives (Nlights.me) as Key Account Manager (B2B, B2E). Her roles included end-to-end business management, team and administration, client and project management, and new business and key account management. In 2019, they moved to MildainTrainings as Corporate Manager - Business Development & Communications (B2B, B2E). Here, they handled new business and key account management for B2B and B2E market, technology training consultation and programs, and lead generation, prospect qualification and sales closure. In 2021, they joined Transform Happily as Strategy - Business Development Manager. Currently, they are working at keySkillset as Business Operations - India.

Sushma Varadaraj attended the University of Mysore from 2005 to 2007, where they earned an MBA in Financial Management. Sushma also has an Advanced Lead Generation certification from LinkedIn, which they obtained in March 2020.
