Oili Kulmala

Oili K. is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in recruitment, sales, and customer growth management across various sectors. Currently, Oili serves as the Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of KeyStaff Oy, a recruitment firm focused on connecting businesses with top talent in Finland and internationally. Oili also co-founded JP työnvuokraus Oy, specializing in flexible labor solutions for diverse industries. Previous roles include Customer Growth Manager at EnerKey, where Oili led initiatives in energy efficiency and sustainability, and Key Account Manager at M-Files Corporation, responsible for managing key accounts in the DACH and Nordics regions.
