Jill Hesse

Jill Hesse currently serves as the SEBH Support Coordinator at Keystone Area Education Agency since August 2022. Prior to this role, Jill was a Professional School Counselor at Central Community School District Elkader from August 2021 to August 2022, and also held a similar position at Tipton Community School District from 2010 to October 2021. Earlier in Jill's career, a role as a Secondary Social Studies Teacher was fulfilled at Dubuque Senior High School from August 2006 to June 2008. Jill Hesse earned a Bachelor's degree in Social Science Teacher Education from the University of Northern Iowa, pursued further education at Western Illinois University from 2008 to 2010.
