Thomas Stabley

Thomas Stabley has a solid work experience in the energy industry. Thomas served as the Chief Executive Officer at Keystone Clearwater Solutions from December 2019 to the present. Prior to that, they were the CEO of Hydro Recovery LP from January 2019 to December 2019.

Stabley also has an extensive tenure at Rex Energy Corporation, where they held multiple leadership roles. Thomas served as the President and CEO from October 2011 to October 2018. Before that, they were the Chief Financial Officer from January 2004 to September 2011.

Thomas Stabley attended the University of Pittsburgh from 1989 to 1993, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance.
