Fernanda Rodrigues is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success, business development, and sales management across various educational and service organizations. Currently serving as the Customer Success Team Leader and previously as Customer Success Manager at Keystone Education Group since March 2019, Fernanda has effectively led initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and optimize sales processes. Notable prior roles include Business Development and Customer Success Manager at Colégio Cruzeiro, Sales and Business Development Manager at CI Intercâmbio e Viagem, and Business Development Manager at Cultura Inglesa, where Fernanda developed successful sales strategies and improved customer engagement. Fernanda holds a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature and a Licentiate degree in Portuguese and English from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro, as well as completed coursework for a Master’s Degree in Applied Linguistics at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro.
