Matthew Gilhooly

Matthew Gilhooly has extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Matthew currently holds the position of Vice President of Development at Keystone Group since 2023. Prior to that, they were the Senior Director of Development at Ancora from 2021 to 2023. From 2015 to 2021, Matthew held various roles at KCG Companies including Vice President of Operations, Vice President - Development, and Development Analyst. Before joining KCG Companies, they worked at CREA, LLC as a Financial Analyst and Construction Analyst from 2011 to 2015. Matthew's early experience in the industry started at High Pointe Custom Homes LLC from 2010 to 2011.

Matthew Gilhooly attended Purdue University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Building Construction Management.
