Kristopher Weaver

VP, Development at Keystone Human Services

Kristopher (Kris) Weaver brings extensive experience in development, sales, and financing to his role as Vice President of Development for Keystone Human Services. He is responsible for creating and implementing Keystone’s development plan, including designing, developing, and directing community-based development programs, and overseeing fundraising strategies and events, donor development, and capital campaigns. He also has oversight of Keystone’s digital communications, ensuring consistent messaging that aligns with their mission through all communications channels.

Prior to joining Keystone in April 2018, Kris served as Chief Development Officer at the American Red Cross, where he was responsible for the major gift and annual giving programs, as well as the strategic development of the Red Cross’s entire regional donor base. He has also worked with St. Vincent Pallotti High School, Tenacity Group, and Wells Fargo in Maryland.

Kris received his Bachelor of Arts from Franklin and Marshall College in Lancaster, PA. He serves on the Board of Directors for Laurel Regional Hospital in Maryland and is a volunteer for the Freedom Area Recreational Council.
