Margalit Kohanim

Margalit Kohanim is an experienced hospitality professional currently serving as the VP of Property & Experience Development at Trailborn Hotels & Resorts since September 2025. Prior to this role, Margalit held several key positions at Ace Hotel / Atelier Ace, including Senior Director of Openings and Project Management and Director of Pre-Openings and Project Management from January 2020 to August 2025. Margalit also served as a Project Manager at MCR Development LLC from March 2018 to December 2019 and held various roles at Highgate, including Associate Director of Design & Construction and Design & Construction Coordinator from April 2015 to February 2018. Margalit began the hospitality career as a Project Specialist at Denihan Hospitality Group from June 2014 to March 2015 and had a brief stint as a Development Intern at Morgans Hotel Group in mid-2013. Margalit earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Cornell University.
