Tom Flowers

Tom Flowers is the current Director at Keystone Human Services. Prior to their current position, they worked as a Rehabilitation Assistant from July 2017 to June 2018 at Select Medical. From March 2015 to May 2017, they were a Certified Nursing Assistant at Middletown Home. Tom also worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Rheems Nursing & Rehab Ctr from December 2011 to March 2013. From March 2013 to December 2014, Tom worked as an ER Technician at Pennstate Hershey Medical Center. Tom started their work history in 2006 as an Egg Packer at Strickland Farms and worked there until 2009.

Tom Flowers has completed an associate's degree in business from the University of Phoenix and a certificate in nursing from Lancaster County Career and Technology Center. Tom also has a high school diploma from Elizabethtown Area Senior High School.
