Cheryl Haynes

Cheryl Haynes is currently a consultant at Keystone Partners. Prior to that, they were a partner at Culture Solutions DEI, December 2020 to January 2022. Before that, they were with Blue Hills Bank from July 2015 to April 2019, where they were SVP Human Resources. From November 2011 to July 2015, they were VP-Head of Business Services Operations HR Americas at RBS Citizens. From August 2010 to November 2011, they were VP-HR Business Partner Commercial Banking at RBS Citizens Group. And from June 2008 to August 2010, they were an HR Business Partner at Metropolitan Life Insurance Company.

Cheryl Haynes has a MS in Human Resources Counseling from Northeastern University, a BS in Business Administration from Bryant University, and is certified by Powered by Purple Ink, Korn Ferry, the Center for Executive Coaching, the Human Captial Institute, Hogan Assessment Systems, and SHRM. Cheryl is also certified in Design Thinking and SPHR - Senior Professional Human Resources by the HR Certification Institute.
