Keith Wasley is currently a consultant at Keystone Partners. Keith has over 10 years of experience in human resources, including management and leadership positions. Keith has a proven track record in talent management and succession planning.
Previously, Keith was a Senior Human Resources Consultant - Talent Management & Succession Planning at a large multinational financial services company. In this role, Keith was responsible for developing comprehensive annual human capital strategies for the Fixed Income division. Keith also partnered with the Head of Fixed Income to construct and ensure appropriate metrics, performance and culture behaviors were fully accounted in pay decisions for annual incentive pools.
Prior to that, Keith was the Managing Director, Global Head Human Resources - Capital Markets - Fixed Income at Credit Suisse. In this role, Keith was responsible for all aspects of human capital management for the Investment Bank's Fixed Income businesses. Keith reported dually to the Head of Fixed Income and Region Head for EMEA and to the Global Head of Human Resources for Investment Banking. Keith was also a member of the Global HR Operating Committee and Fixed Income's Management Committee.
Keith has a proven track record in leading and transforming business models. Keith has successfully transformed the Fixed Income business model from one of a heavy capital intensive business to a lighter more efficiently deployed balance sheet. Keith has also developed high-potential programs at every title level, including sponsorship programs for high potential diverse staff and females. In addition, Keith has driven culture and philanthropic initiatives.
