Mary K. Cavanaugh

Mary oversees Keystone Partners' Career Management business operations and is a member of the leadership team that sets the strategic direction and operational initiatives for the company.

She holds 20 years' HR experience in high tech, government contracting, and professional services industries – including science and biotech. Mary joined Keystone Partners to leverage her deep experience coaching clients in their career management strategy. Her expertise encompasses career development, performance management, recruiting and selection, and training.

A frequent presenter and panel member, Mary has discussed career management issues and innovations at MIT Sloan Boston Alumni Association, the CFA Society of Boston, and the Boston Securities Traders Association.

Mary received her BA from Boston College. She is also a CPI Master Career Transition Consultant and Certified New Horizons Coach.
