Sandhya Johnson, PhD, PCC, is an experienced executive coach and talent management professional with a diverse background in human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as an Executive Coach at Keystone Partners and as Director of Assessment at Stanton Chase, Sandhya has also held the position of Managing Director at Ingenium Global Consulting, specializing in talent and human resources consulting. Previous roles include Senior Director of Global Talent Acquisition, Engagement & Retention at Flowserve Corporation, Director of Talent Management at GAF Materials Corporation, and various HR leadership positions at Hewitt Associates, Citigroup, and Ingersoll-Rand Company.
