Alyssa Dobosh has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Alyssa began their career as a Seasonal Sales Associate at Flynn & O'Hara School Uniforms in 2010 and worked in that role until 2011. From 2012 to 2016, Alyssa held various positions at Weis Markets, including Front End Manager, Front End Monitor, and Customer Service Associate. In 2016, they joined Enterprise Holdings as a Management Trainee for a brief period of time. In 2017, Alyssa transitioned to Aerotek, where they worked as a Commercial Recruiter until 2018. Alyssa then moved on to QualTek USA, LLC, where they served as a Corporate Recruiter from 2018 to 2019. Currently, Alyssa is employed at Keystone Technologies, starting as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in 2019 and being promoted to the role of Talent Acquisition Manager in 2021.

Alyssa Dobosh, STA, graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Criminology in the years 2011 to 2015. Prior to that, Alyssa attended Allentown Central Catholic High School from 2007 to 2011. In addition to their educational background, Alyssa has obtained a Strategic Talent Acquisition Certification from the Human Capital Institute (HCI) in April 2021.
