Anurag Gandhi

Anurag Gandhi is a Consultant II at Keystone. Anurag was previously the Supply Chain and Operations Lead at MTailor, where they were in charge of manufacturing and logistics. At MTailor, Anurag owned the relationship between the US team and the factory in Dhaka, Bangladesh, and they monitored daily operations remotely through key metrics. Anurag also managed a team of nine factory management level employees responsible for labor, merchandising, inventory, commercial licenses, freight shipping and equipment. In addition, Anurag directed fabric purchasing and labor planning for tees, shirts, jeans, blazers and chinos, and they developed an inventory replenishment system and forecast demand for all products. Anurag also set up production line to manufacture custom blazers, jeans and chinos, and they managed machinery and fabrics purchase.
