Previously, Wendy held various roles over a significant tenure at Lendlease, including Head of Operational Excellence - Retirement Living, National Operations Manager - Retirement Living, and Financial Controller - Retirement Living Development. Additionally, Wendy's background includes a position as Senior Group Accountant focused on Retirement Living Accounting, Management & Statutory Reporting, and Group Consolidation, along with experience as a Senior Accountant at Hyde House Association. Wendy holds a Bachelor of Business with a focus on Accounting from Charles Sturt University, earned from 1983 to 1988.
