Krzysztof Banaszewski

Krzysztof Banaszewski is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational excellence and SAP project management. Currently serving as the Head of Operational Excellence at SI-Consulting Sp. z o.o. since January 2016, Krzysztof leads external SAP projects as a Consulting SAP Manager and Project Manager. Previous roles include SAP Delivery Manager at Atena Usługi Informatyczne i Finansowe S.A., where Krzysztof managed a team of 25 FTE and oversaw implementation projects, and IT Project Manager at ABB, responsible for leading internal IT projects. Additional experience encompasses various managerial positions at Atos and Siemens, focusing on application management, lean practices, and project delivery across multiple sectors. Krzysztof holds a PhD in Mathematics from the University of Lodz and a degree in Mathematics from Uniwersytet Kazimierza Wielkiego.
