Justin Swercheck

Justin Swercheck's work experience includes a role as an Associate, Net Lease Investments at Keyway starting in 2023. In this role, they created a data tape to monitor the performance of an 18 asset NNN medical office portfolio, developed a risk model to analyze acquisitions for a Latin American-based fund, and presented the results of a re-evaluation of Keyway's NNN transaction history to the CEO and COO.

Prior to their role at Keyway, Justin was an Investment Analyst at Essential Properties Realty Trust, Inc. from 2019 to 2023. In this position, they underwrote over 100 credit memorandums and $800 million in sale-leaseback transactions and loans. Justin also presented over 70 transactions to an Investment Committee and analyzed income statements and balance sheets to determine the creditworthiness of lease guarantors.

Justin Swercheck attended Rutgers University from 2014 to 2018, during which they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.
