Shane Barnfield

Shane Barnfield has a strong background in talent acquisition and has worked in various roles and industries. Most recently, they were the Global Head of Talent Acquisition (Create) at Keywords Studios, an international technical and creative services provider to the video game industry. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Snowed In Studios Inc., a video game and interactive media development studio. Shane also served as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Spartan Bioscience, a biotechnology company. In addition, Shane has volunteer experience at Centre 507 (Food Bank & Soup Kitchen) and has worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Assent Compliance Inc. Shane has also worked as a recruitment researcher and consultant as a self-employed individual. Shane has a wide range of experience in talent acquisition and a diverse industry background.

Shane Barnfield attended John Paul College from 1993 to 1996, and graduated from Curtin University in 2000 with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing & Management.
