Cristina Dima

Cristina Dima is currently a Senior Marketing Consultant at KFactory. Prior to that, they served as Marketing Director at Smart ID Dynamics from May 2015 to November 2018.

At Smart ID Dynamics, Cristina was responsible for creating and executing the company's growth strategy, driving customer acquisition growth and engagement through product and marketing initiatives. Cristina's focus was on growing and engaging the Smart ID Dynamics user base as well as acquiring and nurturing qualified leads that sales could then convert.

Under Cristina's leadership, the team was data driven and results focused. Cristina was in charge of growth sales on the e-commerce portal www.idmag.ro, listed products on eMAG Marketplace platform, and developing strategies for acquisition, retention, and reactivation through multiple channels, including SEM/SEO, content marketing, open source initiatives, traditional marketing, inbound channels, and other techniques.

Cristina took an iterative data-driven approach to understand the efficacy of various paid and organic channels and worked closely with partners to create marketing campaigns that would grow sales on specific brands. Cristina also worked closely with the sales team, product team, and CEO to develop the budget forecast for the product portfolio and monitor/report results on a monthly basis.

In addition to their work at Smart ID Dynamics, Cristina has also created, developed, and implemented brand engagement campaigns and employee communication campaigns. Cristina was also in charge of CRM implementation in the company.

Cristina Dima has a certificate in Entrepreneurial Competence from Creative Business Management, a certificate in Business/Managerial Economics from Dimitrie Cantemir" Christian University - Bucharest, a certification from IAB Europe in Google Atelierul Digital, and a certification from Ministerul Muncii, Familiei si Protectiei Sociale; Consiliul National de Formare Profesionala a Adultilor; Ministerul Educatiei, Cercetarii, Tineretului si Sportului in Competente antreprenoriale, Organizare de Conferinte si Evenimente. Cristina also has a certification from Leadership Management International, Inc. in Effective Personal Productivity.

Cristina Dima reports to Vlad Cazan, Co-Founder. They work with George Luparu - Sales Architect, Erwin Sieber - Manager, DACH Country, and Norbert Miklo - Customer Success Engineer.
