Bonita Lau

Bonita Lau is an experienced Learning and Development Specialist currently working at KFC Canada, where responsibilities include planning and creating training programs, utilizing the ADDIE model, and assisting restaurant teams with Learning Management System inquiries. Prior to this role, Bonita served as a Learning Consultant at Aviva Canada, collaborating on national and global learning initiatives. Previous positions include Education and Learning Specialist at Prodigy Education, Instructor at Summit Micro School and International Bilingual School, and Subject Coordinator at School of the Nations in Macau. Bonita holds a Master of Arts in Child Study and Education from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education of the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Western University.
