James Pounsett has extensive experience in operations, human resources, brand management, and supply chain analysis at various positions in KFC and Pizza Hut. James has successfully led various initiatives and programs to drive performance, customer experience, and brand development across different markets. James has also played a key role in managing relationships with franchisees, implementing new processes, and supporting brand rollouts.
