Hema L. possesses extensive experience in human resources and people management, having held various significant roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the People Experience Lead for Learning, Capability & Engagement and previously as a People & Culture Business Partner at KFC UK & Ireland, Hema has also worked at New Look in multiple capacities, including People Business Partner and Regional People Partner. Earlier experience includes roles such as Employee Relations Specialist at New Look, People Adviser at RNLI, and several HR positions at BCHA, including Human Resources Officer and Administrator. Hema's educational background includes CIPD Level 7 qualifications attained between 2014 and 2016 and a BA (Hons) in Business and Management from Bournemouth University, completed between 2007 and 2010.
